Edge processing together with ideal
quality -price ratio. It is a good advantage for increasing your profits
more. T-EB 149 is based on the body frame of “Economical Series” machinery
while being equipped with the units of “Professional Series” machines.
Head & end cutting saws work with two individual high frequency motors
and grade gage saws cut the tape with zero tolerance. Top and bottom high
frequency milling motors give us advatages to have better result, 12 mt.
speed also increasing the performance. In today, most common edge application
is 2mm PVC and you will have a limit up to 3mm with the machine. There
is noting over the limit and noting less on the machine for standard edge
application. T-EB 149 machine highly recommended to the small size furniture
manufacturer by the furniture manufacturer authorities.

economical with PVA contact glue |

PVA contact glue is applied to postforming edges as
slim layer with special spraying gun systems in our last developed T-PF
590 through feed postforming machine. In that way, high amaunt of souiys
and more smooth banding are provided. Glue application systems that are
used here are supplied a famous German Campany.
Another innovation is usage of shortwave UV infrared lambs to soften the
laminates and dry the glue over laminate chipboards. When workpiece comes
at the line of lambs, it suddenly shines with high voltage and it immediately
cools at the end of workpiece. Again these systems are abtained from German
Companies. Freguency controlled trimmers which clean excesses of undercoats
and surface laminate; take place at the entrance division of machine
