With this project you will have complete factory for panel furniture with postforming (laminating line) line & softforming (melamine ribbons) line. You will be able to do most of the applications for Kitchen Furniture, Office Furniture, Bathroom Furniture, Teenage Bedroom Furniture and furniture for hotels, schools and hospitals. 	Economical “OFFICE AND KITCHEN FURNITURE” Factory :

	1- Sliding Table saw with postforming unit T-CK 300 In order to size (cut) the panel board to your measurement of the product. Suitable to cut postformed or softformed boards, because of the jumping unit and also for your regular usage for all kind of chipboard and MDF’s.

	2- Dust Collector T-TE 1500 Must be along together with the T-CK 300 machine, in order to collect the dust that comes out from the saw.

	3-Milling (Shaper) Machine T-FC 180 It is used to give form to the edges of materials such as chipboard, MDF that are in panels or sized. Its advantage when compared with the classic milling machines is carrying the panel automatically with the conveyor system. Thanks to it’s specification that the quality of the processed edge comes out high and usage safety is provided with the protective cabinet. Besides, smooth surface quality can be obtained due to the speed-regulating device available at the machine.

	4- Dust Collector T-TE 1500 Must be along together with the T-FC 180 machine, in order to collect the dust that comes out from the spindle head.

	5-Softforming Machine T-SF 151 High quality pre-glued melamine tape application on the both profiles of the boards. Not only profiled edges, also strait edges possible with the machine.

	6-Roller Press Machine T-RP 135 It is used to cover laminates on the materials such as chipboard, MDF. No waiting period like on the classic press machines. No limit to the work piece length, easy to use. The energy consumed by the machine is less than of normal presses. It is appropriate for mass production as it is a continuous system. Adjusting roller speed and temperature can be necessary for the best result.

	7-Postforming Machine T-PF 190 Continuous postforming machine purpose is curving the laminate on the edges, with the profiles shape. Thanks to the adjustable level of speed and temperature, they help for best result.

	8-Edgebanding Machine T-EB 162 Edgebanding machine for edging the materials of veneer, melamine, PVC or ABS to the linear edges. The excesses of edging materials are scraped up to 1mm. Edge thickness0,4-3mm, Board thickness10-50 mm and Speed 8 mt/min.

	9-Edge Trimming (Robotmatic) Machine T-RF 130 Trim max. 3 mm thick PVC band excesses on the edge, even radius or straight profile. Robotmatic Head Group will copy the top, bottom and the corners of the edge to clean the excesses. Because of the High Rotation Motor (17000rpm), surface will be smooth and clean. Milling with only single knife is the biggest advantage with this machine and also another advantage is one side load-unload system makes it easy to work with the machine.

	10-Drilling (Boring) Machine T-CD 121 This machine is purposed for vertical and horizontal drilling to the surface or edge of the work piece. A pneumatic cylinder achieves lifting of drilling unit with 21 spindles from horizontal to vertical (from top) position.

	11-Nonlinear Edgebanding Machine T-EB 170 For edging the materials of melamine, PVC or ABS to the non-linear edges, straight edges also can be used. Edge Material Thickness (melamine:0,4) PVC:1-3mm, Max. Board Thickness 50mm, Speed 5mt/min.

	12-Nonlinear Edge Trimming Machine T-FE 138 Designed for the trimming of edges in PVC up to 2-3 mm in thickness and 34 mm high with single high frequency motor (from top). This machine is suitable to work together with nonlinear edgebanding machines.

	Can be purchased either in pieces or as a complete set.
	Payment:	Cash in Advance (30% down payment, 70% before shipment), Cash Against Document or Irrevocable L/C at sight in our favor.
	Validity :	Subject to our final confirmation.
	Packing :	Nylon stretch wrapping by wooden cage.
	Shipment :	Within 15days after receipt of your complete payment.
	Transportation :	Can be organized on buyer’s account.
	Time of Delivery :	We usually have a number of machines in our stock to be supplied on hand.

	Installation :	1-Training will be free of charge, if you send your. Technical staff to Turanlar
		Machinery Factory also accommodation and other expenses in Turkey will be on our side. 2-Or in order to have training for your all staff, we can organize to send you our Technical person to your workshop, in this case accommodation and Round trip air-ticket charge and hotel & food charge at buyer’s account.
